
Dimensions Adult Day Program is designed to develop and maintain functional, cognitive and behavioral skills required for successful integration in the community. Services included: activities for physical well-being, recreational and social activities, community outings, activities of daily living, skill building and cultural arts.
Employment and Transitional Services foster independent vocational skills by working with job coaches in group and individual placements. We offer a variety of employment opportunities, such as: landscape maintenance, retail operations, food preparation, janitorial, vending and clerical work.
Residential Programs provide affordable housing for adults with developmental disabilities in Pasadena and Thousand Oaks. Various levels of care are available: independent living apartments, community care facilities (CCF's) and intermediate care facilities (ICF's). Activities, including drama and art are important components, enhancing each resident's quality of life.
Independent Living Skills (ILS) Program provides ILS training in areas such as: money management, cooking, social skills, community resources, and health and safety. This program is offered in individual homes and our 6 independent living apartments in Pasadena.
Adult Day Program (ADP) We provide comprehensive therapeutic and recreational services to the frail and/or disabled elderly, adults with developmental disabilities, and those with Alzheimer's Disease.
Care Management Outreach Collaboration (CMOC) is now in 45 communities in Los Angeles and Ventura Counties. This program connects the frail elderly, vulnerable adults and adults with developmental disabilities to the public and private services they need to maintain their independence at home. CMOC also assists family members of developmentally disabled persons and reaches out to isolated, hard-to-reach adults and seniors. |
