Villa Esperanza Employment Services specializes in customized staffing solutions for adults with developmental disabilities.  We collaborate with community employers and fulfill staffing needs in a variety of job duties.  Our role is to match jobs to our clients interests and abilities, with ongoing job coaching support as needed for successful, long term retention of the position.

We're very excited by our collaboration with Danny's Farm to meet their staffing needs.  We have three clients currently placed at this new business enterprise, with a fulltime job coach providing supervision and support of individual needs.  Short bio's of our clients and staff are available on the Danny's Farm website.

JOB DUTIES

Our clients at Danny's Farm are employed as PARTY ASSISTANTS to assist with the many birthday parties and events at Danny's Farm every week.
Job duties include:

Sending out invitations
Stocking supplies
Set up and clean up
Distribute flyers/public relations
Help the kids with the animals
Light custodial interior/exterior

ELIGIBILITY

You are over 18 years old
You have no criminal history
You are a client of San Gabriel / Pomona Regional Center
You enjoy working with animals and kids
