Villa Esperanza Services provides a benefit package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage for eligible employees and their eligible dependents. Employees scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week and who have successfully completed the trial period are eligible to participate in the plan(s). In the event that the employment status changes and the employee works less than 30 hours per week on a regular basis your benefits eligibility will be affected. Villa Esperanza Services pays 50% of employee’s premium. Employees are responsible to pay for dependents.

Retirement
403B Plan:
- Villa Esperanza Services encourages employees to plan for their retirement by offering eligible employees the opportunity to participate in the Villa Esperanza Services 403 (b) Retirement Savings Plan. Regular employees who have been actively employed with the Agency for a one year period and who are scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week on a regular basis are eligible to receive and employer 1:1 match contribution. Employees are eligible to make their contributions on their first day of employment or thereafter. However, employer contributions are eligible to commence upon completion of one year of employment. Employee contributions are 100% vested at all times

- 1st yr of service: 14 days (112 hours) of PTO per year accrued at 9.34 hours per month
- 2nd year of service: 19 days (152 hours) of PTO per year accrued at 12.66 hours per month
- 3rd–5th year of service: 24 days (192 hours) of PTO per year accrued at 16.00 hours per month
- Completion of 5th year: 29 days (232 hours) of PTO per year accrued at 19.33 hours per month
