REQUIREMENTS:
To assist program participants with pre-employment, employment and other skills as identified in their IPP / ISP. Works with people and seeks opportunities to teach, train, and encourage independence for performing employment and living skills. Maintains confidentiality in matters of individuals served, personnel, and Villa Esperanza Services operations; exercises good judgment in the performance of duties and responsibilities. Must posses a valid CA driver’s license.

Independent Living Skills Instructor

REQUIREMENTS:
To support client’s self-sufficiency efforts by encouraging independence of program participants. Assist consumers acquiring basic independent living skills. Maintain confidentially in matter of clients, personnel, and Villa Esperanza Services operations; exercise good judgment in performance of duties and responsibilities.
