Adult Day Program (ADP) offers a variety of services targeting people with developmental disabilities, frail elders, and those with dementia including nursing supervision, therapeutic exercises, meals and snacks with dietician supervision, and access to physical, occupational, and speech therapy consultation.

Care Management Outreach Collaboration (CMOC) is now in 45 communities in Los Angeles and Ventura Counties. Funded in part by the Los Angeles and Ventura County Area Agency on Aging, this program connects the frail elderly, vulnerable adults and adults with developmental disabilities to the public and private services they need to maintain their independence at home. CMOC also assists family members of developmentally disabled persons and reaches out to isolated, hard-to-reach adults and seniors.
