Villa's Capital Campaign
Changing the Face of Villa Esperanza Services
Villa's Hope Moves Forward capital campaign was launched in 2012 to expand and modernize our campus to match the quality of services we provide.
Phase 1 created the Villa School, which welcomed students into their new classrooms in 2018. In 2025, we completed Phase 2, which included a state-of-the-art Occupational Therapy Clinic and Early Intervention Center, as well as a dedicated physical education and therapeutic space for activities like basketball, Zumba, and life skills training. Additionally, the project included three spacious new classrooms to enhance learning opportunities and a set of eight new outdoor swings.
Challenges with the Original Campus:
Capacity limited due to space constraints
Outdated therapy and recreation spaces
Disjointed layout of repurposed buildings
IMPACT & OUTCOMES
2024-2025
At Villa Esperanza Services, we believe that every individual—regardless of ability—deserves the opportunity to thrive, grow, and live with purpose. From our children’s programs through to our adult services, we walk alongside each participant and their family, building skills, confidence, and community every step of the way. Villa’s comprehensive, lifelong programs—operating 365 days a year through our Residential and Independent Living Services—reflect our unwavering commitment to those we serve. We are pleased to report that our programs helped over 576 individuals and their families with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). We proudly present the following achievements:
“This project validates the worth of my child. This project says that my child and thousands like him are worth the investment.”
