Success Story
Over the years, Brian has become a key member of the program. He’s always going above and beyond to help both staff and peers. Whether it's assisting with tasks, supporting new participants, or making sure everyone feels included, Brian’s dedication stands out.
Not only is he hardworking, but his friendly and kind nature makes him someone others can rely on. His positive attitude and dependability have earned him the respect of both staff and peers. One moment that stands out is when Brian helped a new participant feel comfortable and settled in.
Brian’s growth has been inspiring, and it’s clear he’s making a real difference in the program.

Meet Your Lead Staff
Estephania Ramirez shares, “My philosophy at Villa is rooted in compassion and respect. I believe every participant deserves to be treated with kindness, dignity, and understanding regardless of their background or abilities.” Estephania came to Villa with over twelve years of experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities, as well as with elderly populations, providing compassionate and personalized support. Now at Villa’s Community Integration Program in Ventura County, she carries with her the belief that each one of our participants has a story and something meaningful to share, and it's our role to listen and support them. “We never place limits on what they can achieve; instead, we focus on their strengths and believe they are more than capable of pursuing whatever goals or dreams are meaningful to them,” she states.
Estephania finds fulfillment in her work here at Villa because it allows her to experience the world through the eyes of our participants: “Watching them find joy and gratitude in the simplest moments is truly humbling. It’s a powerful reminder to appreciate the present. I am honored to be part of their journey and seeing the genuine happiness that comes from connection, growth, and support is one of the most beautiful and rewarding parts of what we do.”
