  • Q: How do I apply?

    A: Fill out Applicant Inquiry Form by clicking here.
  • Q: What is the minimum age requirement to apply?

    A: Candidates must be at least 18 + years of age to apply.
  • Q: What happens after I have submitted my resume?

    A: All resumes and applications are reviewed once received. Due to the number of resumes/applications received on a daily basis, we are unable to provide every candidate with their individual status. If you meet the requirements of the position, you will be contacted for an interview. If a match is not available and you have applied for an open position, your resume will be kept on file for two years.

    A: Villa Esperanza Services maintains a high standard by hiring qualified candidates and provides challenging opportunities to staff.
  • Q: How long is my resume on file?

    A: All resumes and applications received in response to open positions will be kept on file for two years.
  • Q: Where are Villa's locations?

    A: Villa Esperanza Services currently has two locations - one in Pasadena (Los Angeles County) and one in Thousand Oaks (Ventura County).
  • Q: What type of programs do you offer?

    A: As a non-profit organization, Villa serves more than 700 individuals and their families each year in Los Angeles and Ventura counties. Villa serves individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities including more than twenty different diagnoses. Our wide variety of programs and services assist infants to seniors in addition to providing support and encouragement to their families.

    Villa Esperanza School
    Hjelte-Phillips Speech and Language Center
    Occupational therapy clinic
    Behavioral therapy
    Early intervention services

    Our personalized programs for adults integrated throughout the community:
    Employment services
    Family-style residential homes
    Independent living apartments
    Independent living skills coaching
    Community-integrated skills training
    Day programs for adults and seniors
